A few years ago, Kundalini Yoga came into my life and transformed it. Known as the "yoga of awareness," this powerful holistic practice involves yoga postures, guided breathing, meditation, and mantra chanting. It focuses on awakening and controlled release of the Kundalini energy, our vital and creative force.
